NSEF's Standards Initiative

NSEF participates on ASTM's Subcommittee 56 to address issues related to development of terminology standards.  The Committee participates in the development of symposia, workshops, and other related activities to enhance the development of standards.  Active participants include representatives from NSEF as well as the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), NSF International, and Japan's National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science of Technology (AIST).
