- Technical Analysis: Key numbers and calculations behind critical technologies or systems
(1 to 3 pages) - Policy Implications - How does one evaluate the impact of this technology in terms of the environment, economic and social issues ? (1/2 page)
- Entrepreneurship - Are there intellectual property issues associated with this technology ? How is financing obtained for a startup ? How is management convinced to buy in for a medium or large corporation ? (1/2 page).

*Case studies are not asking for documentation of proprietary information. Instead, they intend to understand the design mindset and logic that enabled radical efficiency
