Exclusive Sponsorship Opportunities

1.  2009 AIChE Spring Meeting Opening Reception ($25,000):
(Sunday, April 26th from 6:00PM-7:30PM in West Exhibit Hall)

• Sponsor's logo or ad on large screen during reception
  Sponsorship offsets the cost of food.

2.  Annual Meeting Badges ($25,000):

This is a special opportunity for extraordinary visibility. Each badge sheet contains perforated badge stock, the same size as the original badge, for ticketed events. The company lucky enough to sponsor the badges will have its name and short message as a default on the first ticket location. This means that every registrant at the meeting, including complimentary and one-day attendees, will recognize your company as the Sponsor. If you are exhibiting, the company's message can also refer people to your booth in the exhibit hall; a great way to drive traffic to your booth. (Your company's message will appear as text only as logos cannot be printed on the badge stock.)

3.   Spring Meeting Program Book ($25,000):

• Full page premium ad position in the 2009 Spring Meeting onsite program book

4.  Spring Meeting Hotel Key Cards ($7,500):

The sponsoring company’s logo and message will appear on one side of the hotel card keys. Your message will be carried around all week by AIChE Spring Meeting attendees. This sponsorship provides high visibility for your company in Tampa plus longevity afterwards.

5th Global Congress on Process Safety Sponsorships

5th Global Congress on Process Safety Luncheons (Up to $20,000):

The 5^th Global Congress on Process Safety luncheons are an ideal opportunity to sponsor events aimed at a core group. Three luncheons will include Networking and Keynote sessions.

Exhibit Hall Sponsorships

Sponsorships in the Exhibit Hall will increase traffic to the area and allow attendees to gather in a social setting around sessions.

Plenary Sessions Sponsorships

1. Developing Energy Strategies Plenary & Reception ($10,000): 
   (Tuesday, April 28, 11:45am-1:15pm, Ballroom A, Tampa Convention Center) 
   This special plenary session will feature invited speakers to discuss the most significant energy issues currently confronting industry today- in the context of a new Presidential Administration, a new Congress, evolving state and regional programs and ever changing international climate.
2. Water Sustainability Plenary ($5,000) 
   (Wednesday, April 29, 11:45am-12:45pm, Ballroom A, Tampa Convention Center) 
   This plenary features Michelle Diffenderfer of Lewis, Longman & Walkers, P.A., who will discuss water law, rights and conservation for limiting/regulating water consumption, water pollution, and specific Florida issues as an example for other areas which are or will be similarly impacted by water consumption limitations.
