MX pumps Magnetic-Drive Pumps
Engineered to meet the most severe industrial applications, the MX pumps are said to be the first injectionmolded resin magnetic-drive pumps that use a split-volute casing forming a vortex chamber. The volute design limits the hydraulic loss in the casing, resulting in increased overall pump efficiencies. The MX pump is also designed for tough applications. MX front casings incorporate reinforcement ribs extending from the periphery of the casing to the suction nozzle, reducing potential for deflection of the front casing from piping misalignment. Ribs are also used on the rear casing resulting in enhanced pressure retaining capability.

MDM Magnetic Drive Pump
Magnetic-Drive Pump Can Run Dry. Capable of handling temperatures to 302°F, the MDM magnetic-drive line of chemical process pumps provides patented, repeatable dry-run technology up to 25 hp. The pumps feature a compact close-coupled design with modular construction and individually replaceable parts, allowing simple maintenance and lower cost of ownership. The convenient mounting configuration and dual back pull-out design provides users the ability to maintain line pressure while removing the motor, or if necessary, access to the pump internals from the foot-mounted front casing design to avoid disturbing the piping. The MDM design features standard construction materials of ETFE, for cost-effective handling of most aggressive chemistries, and PFA, for added temperature capabilities and high-purity applications. Available bearing systems of carbon and highpurity alumina ceramic, or alpha-sintered silicon carbide, ensure process integrity. A patented one-hour dry-run rated bearing system is now available for the high-head versions. The pumps handle heads to 350 ft and flows to 350 gal/min.

LKN series metering pumps
Motor-driven, mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pumps in the LKN series feature a maximum capacity of 114 gal/h, and a maximum pressure of 225 psi and both stroke and speed adjustment. Available in a wide range of materials, the pumps are rugged and capable of dry running and self-priming, and are suitable for almost any chemical injection or metering application. LKN series pumps can be mounted to a variety of NEMA motors and their small footprint permits installation in the tightest of areas. Though compact, they are equipped with a dual-cam design for increased reliability and a heavy-duty spring-back mechanism that promotes long life. They can move a variety of aggressive fluids, including alcohols, caustics, bleaches, peroxides and sulfuric acids, as well as tough slurries.
