Model 2800 inline static mixer
The patented Model 2800 inline static mixer is designed for dosing applications that require the pumping of four different chemicals into a pipe simultaneously. It can be mounted directly in a piping system, and features a fixed plate with an internal design that rapidly mixes using a combination of alternate vortex shedding and intense shear-zone turbulence. Its laying length requirements are short, and it achieves a 98%-plus dispersion of the injected fluid ten diameters downstream. It is easy to clean and maintain, has no moving parts, and can be made from poly-vinyl chloride (PVC), fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP), stainless steel (SST), titanium, Hastelloy, carbon fiber, and other materials. It is available in sizes from 0.25 in. to 120 in. dia. and can incorporate one to six injection nozzles, depending on size and application.

Westfall Model 3000 flow conditioner
The Westfall Model 3000 flow conditioner can be mounted directly into a piping system to resolve flow turbulence issues with minimal head loss. It has four leading tabs and four anti-swirl plates that suppress turbulence and swirl. This design achieves a fully developed velocity profile within 8 diameters downstream. It is available in sizes from 0.5 in. to 120 in. dia., and measures 2 diameters long. It is easy to install and requires almost no maintenance. It can be made from poly-vinyl chloride (PVC), fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP), Type 316 stainless steel with or without Teflon coating, or other engineering materials.
