620 Series Peristaltic Pumps
The firm’s next generation of medium to large size peristaltic pumps, the 620 Series is ideal for a wide range of chemical and industrial applications, including: contamination- free transfer of acids, paints, oils, inks and dyes or slurries found in chemical, pulp and paper, printing and food processing applications. These pumps can reliably deliver 61% more flow — a single 620RE pumphead is capable of 5 gal/min and pressures up to 60 psi. They feature no valves or seals to clog, and require minimal maintenance, resulting in reduced downtime, providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional positive displacement pumps. The flagship pump in this series, the 620Du features manual control via a unique 16-key alpha-numeric keypad, as well as automatic control for remote operation and process integration. The pumps feature 99.5% repeatability, and can accommodate flow rates from 0.1 μL to 350 gal/min. They are extremely durable, withstanding pressures up to 232 psi.

PumpSil, a Platinum-Cured Silicone Tubing with an Ultra-Smooth Bore
PumpSil, a platinum-cured silicone tubing with an ultra-smooth bore to control protein binding and bacterial growth, is postcured to minimize leachables and extractables. To ensure absolute traceability, it can be laser-marked end-to-end with part and lot numbers and use-by date. A 100% indelible fine etch is produced on the surface of the tube, preventing contamination from inks and other materials. PumpSil meets USP Class VI, ISO 10993 and USDA requirements, and is available in standard and custom sizes from 50-ft boxes to 500-ft spools, with custom-molded assemblies and manifolds.

520RE high-pressure chemical-metering peristaltic pump
The 520RE high-pressure chemical-metering peristaltic pump can operate at pressures up to 100 psi. Its combination of tube elements and pumphead design allows it to be used in applications requiring accurate metering, dosing and transferring of harsh chemicals, including sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride, sodium bisulfite, aluminum, fluoride, carbon and lime slurries, polymers, aqueous ammonia, potassium permanganate and caustic slurries. The 520RE pump offers flows of 3,500 mL/min at 30 psi to 450 mL/min at 100 psi. Reliable, accurate and easy to use, the pump covers a wide range of applications, including low-shear feed for the contamination-free transfer of acids, bases and slurries found in chemical-based industries. Validating a sanitary process is made easy with the 520RE because all element-wetted parts are USP Class VI and ISO 10993 certified with a laser-etched lot number.

520/620/720 peristaltic pumps
The 520/620/720 peristaltic pumps are designed for the accurate metering, dosing and transferring of sensitive fluids in sanitary environments, making them ideal for accurate filtration, fermentation, dispensing, coating and seamless integration into reusable or disposable bioprocess applications. The 720 Series peristaltic pump allows for production speed and flow control for high-capacity throughput, allowing the user to scale up from laboratory operations to production using the same pump interface familiar to the 520 and 620 user. The 720 Series offers flowrates up to 33 L/min and peak pressures up to 30 psi. The 520/620 peristaltic pumps combine power and control in a compact and rugged package. The 520 combines the ability to perform in-process applications, with dispensing and dosing programming built in to handle delicate laboratory environments and the accuracy demands of filling lines. The 620 Series is ideal for a wide range of biotech and pharmaceutical applications, including the scale transfer of pharmaceutical products, live cell cultures, nutrients and bioreactor constituents.

SPX corrosive chemical pump
The SPX corrosive chemical pump features a Bioprene thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) hose element that has excellent chemical resistance to many of the harshest chemicals. And because the hose element is the only component in contact with the pumped product, corrosive and abrasive wear are not factors for the pump’s rotor or body. With no seals to replace, no check valves to clog, and no rotors or stators to wear out, the SPX pump is virtually maintenance-free. These self-priming pumps accommodate flowrates from 0.1 mL to 350 gal/min, provide up to a 30-ft suction lift, can withstand pressures up to 232 psi, and can run dry indefinitely without damage.
