GORE Style 400 Reinforced Pump Tubing
GORE Style 400 high-resilience pump tubing is made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and features high-performance Viton filler that allows it to maintain a stable flowrate while pumping aggressive chemicals. This construction makes the pump tubing suitable for nitric and sulfuric acid, as well as aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene and xylene. The resilient Viton GF-600S is a peroxide-cured fluoro-elastomer based on DuPont’s advanced polymer architecture that provides over 50 times longer life than non-reinforced extruded Viton or Fluorel tubes. Its PTFE reinforcement offers excellent burst resistance to protect against leakage of aggressive fluids. This tubing is available with internal diameters ranging from 1.6 mm to 12.7 mm and wall thicknesses from 1.6 mm to 4.8 mm.

Flexicon FPC50 filling and plugging system
The compact, fully automated Flexicon FPC50 filling and plugging system performs aseptic filling and capping for clinical trials as well as for scale-up to medium-sized batch production. It can accommodate a wide range of vial sizes and neck finishes without requiring extra parts. It can adapt to multiple batch processes and different product-fill volumes with a change of the single-use fluid path, which is comprised of pharmaceutical-grade silicone tubing and plastic filling needles. The system features an automated precision turntable inlet, an inline filling station, and a rubber-plug-closure applicator that fills and caps up to 25 vials per minute.
