Model 05-SDM hybrid mill
The Model 05-SDM hybrid mill for small-media milling combines the features of a standard, wet-grinding laboratory batch mill with the ability to handle small-media milling. Advantages include simple operation, energy efficiency, rugged construction, and no expensive shaft seals to maintain. In addition, users can inspect the mill and add material at any time during the grinding cycle. With the addition of a specially designed shaft and proprietary Delta Discs, the mill is able to use mini media from 0.25 mm to 3 mm and operate at the high shaft speeds (300–3,000 RPM) that are required to energize small media. Available in either stainless steel or metal-free models, the mill processes about 1–1.5 L of slurry and has a media-retaining screen installed at the discharge outlet.

Q-03 laboratory-sized circulation grinding mill
The Q-03 laboratory-sized circulation grinding mill rests on a customized frame and includes a specially sized processing tank, a mechanical shaft seal, and a system with no air motors that is explosionproof. During the circulation process, material makes multiple passes through the grinding chamber until the desired particle size is achieved, with each pass taking approximately 20 s. This design allows for a high circulation rate that results in a narrow particle-size distribution and good temperature control.

This CD contains brochures and product sheets on the company’s entire product line, including wet and dry grinding attritors, small media mills, laboratory mills, and grinding media. DMQ- 05 Small Media Mill
A 1/2-L tank-sized mill, the DMQ- 05 has ring screens that can be adjusted to accommodate the use of grinding media from 1 mm to as small as 0.3 mm. Proprietary Delta discs eliminate shaft whip and mill vibration, while providing greater random media motion for improving milling efficiency. The discs are indexed to provide directed and uniform media distribution throughout the mill chamber.
