Zotek F HT for biotechnology processes
The latest addition to this custom T-Tube fabricator’s product line is Zotek F HT for biotechnology processes. Typically used for pipe insulation, T-Tubes are hollow tubes of heat-durable resin for pipe insulation. Zotek F HT withstands temperatures from 37°F to 320°F, an increase of 122°F over the current Zotek range. They are ideal for pipes that transfer hot liquids and medications, particularly in manufacturing environments where personnel are constantly monitoring activity and are at risk of severe burns should they come in contact with an exposed pipe. All Zotek F fluoropolymer foams feature smoke, flame and toxicity properties, chemical and UV resistance, and insulation and moisture-resistance properties.

T-Tubes stainless steel tube insulation
Suitable for clean processing environments, T-Tubes stainless steel tube insulation provides critical protection for personnel working around hot processing lines in the biotechnology, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics and food and beverage industries. Made from ZOTEK F closed cell foams and based on Kynar polyvinylidene fluoride, T-Tubes are molded to fit industry standard tubes and fittings. Easy to install, the thin T-Tubes are chemically resistant up to a pH of 12, require no jacketing, withstand temperatures from –55_F to 311_F, and achieve better than industry performance for ASTM E84 with a flame spread index of 5 and a smoke developed index of 5. As they will not wick or absorb moisture, T-Tubes are entirely washable. Designed to be tough, crush-resistant T-Tubes possess excellent UV resistance.
