TraceCalc Pro Version 2.5 provides a step-by-step process to design an effective and efficient heat-tracing system for pipes and vessels. Users input system design parameters, such as pipe size and material, insulation type and thickness, service voltage, maximum exposure temperature, pipe length, and the number and sizes of valves. The software then provides the information needed to complete the heat-tracing system design process, such as the amount of heat loss from the pipe, types of heat-tracing products required, number of circuits used, and electrical and thermal performance of the system. Users can also change input design parameters and compare alternative design scenarios. Detailed reporting capabilities allow users to choose a standard or customized report and apply advanced filtering options.
TT-Flasher alarm
The TT-Flasher alarm is designed to assist operators in conducting regular onsite facility inspections for which a visual alert is sufficient to quickly attract attention. It can be linked to the manufacturer’s TraceTek leak-detection cable and fast-acting fuel sensor probes to provide first-level alarm compliance. It can also serve as a temporary alerting solution when enhanced systems for leak detection, location, monitoring and alarms are being specified for permanent installation. Alarm installation is quick and inexpensive. The battery-operated TT-Flasher activates when a leak is detected and emits a low-energy warning signal that attracts attention during walk-through or drive-through inspections. It draws less current than the self-discharge rate of the batteries, which have a 2-yr lifespan. When the Flasher alert is triggered by a leak or a low-battery alarm, it will continue to flash for at least 30 days, unless it is turned off.
DigiTrace NGC-30
DigiTrace NGC-30 is an electronic control, monitoring and power distribution system for industrial heat-tracing applications. The system monitors temperatures, ground fault currents, operating currents and other variables, and can communicates this information either locally, to a user interface terminal, or remotely, via DigiTrace Supervisor software.
