TITANFLEX Hoses
TITANFLEX hoses utilize a specially engineered lightweight, kink-resistant construction that provides a superior bend radius in all sizes. They can accommodate working pressures up to 250 psi and are constructed from a seamless, modified cross-link polyethylene tube designed to transport a large variety of chemicals without leaching or contaminating the product being conveyed. Available in both green and black, the rugged high-grade EPDM cover protects against abrasion, ozone deterioration, and the harsh outdoor elements, ensuring long-lasting product performance. SW574 FEP chemical/food quality hose, the newest addition to the TITANFLEX family of hoses, is more flexible and requires less force to bend than competing products. Its specially engineered, lightweight, kink-resistant construction makes it easy to handle. The hose has a chemical- and heat-resistant high-grade ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) cover and a seamless white fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) tube capable of handling more than 99% of known industrial chemicals. It is available in 1/2-in. to 4-in. i.d. sizes.
