Modular Platform Components (MPC)
For use in the construction of compact and modular process analyzer samplehandling systems, the Swagelok modular platform components (MPC) system consists of a layer of fluid control components mounted atop a substrate layer containing specialized channel and flow components. It meets all the requirements of the ANSI/ISA 76.00.02 specification for the 1.5 in. (38.2 mm) footprint. The reduced size, weight, and footprint of the MPC system make it easier to couple the sample system to dedicated field-mounted analyzers and place them at the sample point, thereby helping to reduce the costs and inaccuracies related to long, heated sample transport lines. Because the system has less internal surface area than a traditional system, it requires less analyzer gases and is easier to purge or flush. Utilizing 50% fewer O-rings than other modular systems, the MPC system is easy to assemble using the customized assembly diagram, written instructions, and a single tool-a hex-type screwdriver.

Single-Flange Assemblies Provide a Compact Solution
Kenmac series process monoflange assemblies replace multi-valve assemblies with a single manifold. This compact design minimizes potential leak points, reduces stress from loading and vibration, and can reduce installation and maintenance time. Block, block-and-bleed, and double block-and-bleed flanged manifolds are available, in bolted bonnet, outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) bolted bonnet, and integral screwed needle valve designs. A two-valve isolating and venting gauge block monoflange is available for instrumentation applications. All are rated for working pressures of 150 lb class to 2,500 lb class according to ANSI B16.5.
medium-pressure tubing and adapter fittings
Medium-pressure tubing and adapter fittings are available in a variety of styles to provide a leak-tight gas seal and vibration resistance in applications up to 15,000 psig (1,034 bar). Available in 1/4-, 3/8-, and 1/2-in. sizes, these Type 316 stainless steel fittings can be installed without any special tools. Fitting the assembly requires only a single turn or torque, and can be manual or automated; preassembled disposable cartridges ensure correct ferrule orientation.
