The MiniConsole
The MiniConsole is a low-height, one-size-fits-anywhere console system for situations where process visibility is essential to production. Its compact design provides a clear line-of-sight of the process, and features an ergonomically angled display and keyboard for a standing operator’s comfort. The MiniConsole is optimal for multi-plant deployment projects where site surveys are impractical. It mounts to a short post that can be installed directly onto the plant floor. Alternatively, the MiniConsole is available in a mobile configuration with the post mounted on casters, allowing the operator to take the interface directly to the process. Four display sizes (21.3-in., 19.1-in., 17.1-in. and 15.1-in.) are available and can be configured with resistive, infrared or surface acoustic wave (SAW) touchscreen technologies. PC options include an internal micro PC (easily accessible by lifting open the display enclosure), a small-form-factor PC in a protective local enclosure, or an internal KVM extender allowing the user to connect to a remote PC up to 3,000 ft away. The MiniConsole is available in NEMA 4X stainless steel for washdown and wipedown environments, and NEMA 4/12 painted aluminum/steel for general industrial use.

Operator Interface Mountings
These operator interface mountings and systems are engineered to improve efficiency, ease of use, and cleanability in sensitive pharmaceutical environments. Their durability and superior construction reduce data inaccuracies and unnecessary downtime. The Pharmaceutical Suite-Station is of NEMA 4X stainless steel construction and crevice-free design, which allows the unit to fit entirely into the confines of a shallow wall. The in-wall design allows access to interior components without compromising the wall seal. MiniStations feature a tightly integrated display and keyboard enclosures with the industry-standard Vertica articulating arm for counterbalanced vertical adjustment and ergonomic flexibility. Mobile Stations are stand-alone systems designed to bring the operator interface to the process for such applications as on-the-spot scanning, labeling and quality assurance. Mobile Weigh Stations are ideal for bulk product, batch pre-weigh, or quality assurance applications. MightyMount, the only industrial-grade mounting solution for desktop displays and keyboards, features easy-to-use counterbalanced adjustability. Wall Stations are wall-mounted display and keyboard systems designed to save space in tight work areas.
