Stainless Steel Conveyors
These conveyors handle drums, pallets, and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) in sizes from 500 lb to 5,000 lb in washdown applications. They are comprised of Type 304 stainless steel rollers, bearings, sprockets, chains, frames and supports with a washdown drive. They are available as a complete system that inferfaces with a drum-dumping system, using individually powered accumulation zones. Their all-welded construction with sturdy stainless steel components provides strength and encourages reliable long-term operation.

CB-2500 Collapsible Bin Dispenser
The CB-2500 fully automatic dispenser handles collapsible-type bins, such as those used by the food industry. A stack of collapsed bins is conveyed into the machine, where air-operated clamps enter the voids of the second bin, holding the second bin and the remaining stack of bins aloft while the bottom bin is lowered and discharged onto the chain conveyor. The dispenser can discharge two bins per minute, and can be built to discharge a bin out of three sides. It has all-welded construction and features structural steel components that provide strength and durability.

Model EDP-500 palletizer
The fully automatic Model EDP-500 palletizer transfers empty drums from a conveyor and stacks them onto a pallet. This air-over-electric system can handle 30- to 55-gal steel, fiber or plastic drums, placing them in a 4-, 5- or 6 drum pattern on a pallet. The system’s average load time is 4 drums per min. An automatic pallet dispenser discharges a waiting pallet. Vacuum cups lower and raise the drums, and an overhead gantry shuttles the load to the drop-off station, where it is lowered onto a waiting pallet. The palletizer features a selector switch that allows the transfer carriage to remain in the home position. Its sturdy steel components and all-welded construction provide strength and allow long-term operation.
