Simatic PCS 7 LAB
The Simatic PCS 7 LAB is designed for micro process engineering. The modules of this microreaction system can be combined to perform chemical synthesis in chemical, pharmaceutical and life sciences applications. The unit controls, records and logs the relevant process variables, such as pressure, temperature and flowrate. Technical information is stored with module parameter settings as symbols in a library. These symbols can be arranged and combined on a panel according to the plant configuration. Predefined functions and interfaces to external devices are integrated into the controller’s design.

Simatic WinCC V7 SCADA system
The Simatic WinCC V7 SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system features expanded support for the Simatic WinCC/Downtime Monitor and the Simatic WinCC/DataMonitor, which are used for visualizing production processes, as well as capturing, analyzing and distributing production data. This release provides Gantt diagrams of the machine status that allow the user to quickly zoom in on details for any selected time(s). The software can be set to automatically adjust to the alternate filling of small and large containers or the cutting of short and long work pieces.
