The SORB 33 arsenic removal process and Bayoxide E33 ferric oxide media
The SORB 33 arsenic removal process and Bayoxide E33 ferric oxide media work in concert to effectively and economically meet the stringent U.S. government standard of 10 parts per billion (ppb) of maximum arsenic content in water. Bayoxide E33 is a dry, robust media with a high capacity for arsenic, providing long operating cycles and low operating costs. Bayoxide E33 is permitted for use by health and environmental agencies in 18 states.

Capital Controls T70GS4000 mini chlorine dioxide generator
The Capital Controls T70GS4000 mini chlorine dioxide generator is designed for applications such as Legionella control in cooling water. With a generating range from 2 g/d to 10 g/hr, the unit can be used for safe, on-demand production of chlorine dioxide where low dosage rates are required. The generator is also suitable for primary water disinfection, trihalomethane (THM) reduction, iron and manganese removal from potable water, wastewater treatment, and in the food and beverage industry for microbiological control.

Series 70CV3000 Chloromatic 3000 gas-flow control valve
The Series 70CV3000 Chloromatic 3000 gas-flow control valve is a wall-mounted system designed for automatic control of chemical feed in water or wastewater applications. The integrated, microprocessor-based controller has a control valve that responds to multiple process signals from a water flow transmitter or chlorine residual analyzer. The Chloromatic 3000 eliminates the need for continuous operator monitoring and manual adjustment of the gas feed rate resulting from changes in flow and/or residual levels. Automating the chemical feed process typically leads to a reduction in gas consumption for water and wastewater utilities, since manual feed rates are based on peak process conditions. The Chloromatic 3000 is field-configurable for flow proportioning, residual, compound-loop or feed-forward control. While it features ten range capacities from 10 to 3,000 lb/d (up to 60 kg/h) for chlorine, it is also suitable for use with sulfur dioxide, ammonia and carbon dioxide. The system comes standard with an 11-step calibration of the valve plug that yields a true gas flow retransmission signal and eliminates the need for a separate linearized D/P transmitter. The Chloromatic 3000 is used in conjunction with a vacuum regulator, gas flowmeter and an ejector to provide a complete disinfection system.

SC400 handheld Calorimeters
The SC400 handheld calorimeters are rugged, waterproof, single-parameter instruments designed for use in laboratory and field testing. Four types are available: chlorine ( free and total); chlorine dioxide; ammonia; and fluoride. The instruments feature easy four-button operation; a large back-lit, highly visible, indigo blue display; a real-time clock; and 16-set data logging capability. These features are superior to what is offered with most price-competitive units. The system also has a user-calibration mode that permits calibration with respect to prepared standards. Using the manufacturer's Power Pack reagent chemistries, the calorimeters can be taken wherever residual values need to be monitored.
