FloMaster bin discharger
The FloMaster is a compact, totally enclosed, circular bin discharger that helps hoppers and silos process materials that are hard to control. Its rotating arch-breaker arm travels around the bottom of the hopper or silo to break any bridges of material that may have formed, ensuring material flow from the discharger to any of the manufac- turer’s single-stage or multi-stage units. The FloMaster is made of mild steel and can handle many different kinds of materials, from cocoa to wood flour, at a rate of up to 200 ton/h. Its two standard bin sizes are 32 in. and 40 in. dia.

AccuRate PureFeed AP-300 feeder
The AccuRate PureFeed AP-300 feeder offers simpler, shorter cleaning cycles and is capable of handling feedrates from 500 g/h to 150 kg/h. The unit is suitable for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic applications, including jet-milling, continuous blending, medical-grade plastics compounding, packaging, coating, and ingredient weighing. Available in volumetric and gravimetric configurations, the feeder features quick-and-easy disassembly, a dual-arm agitation system that maximizes material-handling versatility, and an FDA-accepted ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber feed hopper that is disposable and recyclable.
