DEA weighbelt feeder
The sanitary DEA open-frame weighbelt feeder provides weight-controlled feeding and weight indication for fragile materials such as cereals, snack foods, and pasta. It features Type 316 stainless steel product-contact surfaces, and is offered in 12-in. and 24-in. belt widths with belt-weight influence compensation (BIC) to accommodate feed rates up to 2,660 ft3/h. The belt can be removed without the use of tools. A gravity-assist head pulley scraper and an internal plow automatically clean the belt.

PureFeed AI-300 feeder
The PureFeed AI-300 feeder is available in volumetric and gravimetric configurations for applications such as metering micro ingredients, color pigments, and plastic additives at rates from 0.5 kg/h to approximately 150 kg/h. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, and features a dual-arm external agitation system for maximizing material handling versatility, as well as a disposable, recyclable ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) feed hopper. Its stepper motor allows users to change the penetration agitation speed on the hopper without making any mechanical adjustments.

AP-300 dry material feeder
The AP-300 dry material feeder is available in volumetric and gravimetric configurations for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic applications involving feed rates from 0.5 kg/h to 150 kg/h. It is suitable for handling jet milling, continuous blending, medical-grade plastics compounding, packaging, coating, and ingredient weighing, as well as other applications that require quick disassembly. It features a dual-arm agitation system that maximizes material processing versatility, and an FDA-compliant ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber (EPDM) feed hopper that is both disposable and recyclable.

OP1 system
Designed as a single feeder operator interface for the Schenck AccuRate DISOCONT control, the OP1 system provides users with operation, calibration, trending, and basic diagnostics. Initial startup is simplified by using the integrated tutorial provided with the OP1 system. Its graphical color touch-screen display features human-machine-interface (HMI) technology and multi-level password protection, which allows a supervisor to determine access for read or write parameters. The OP1 can be packaged within a panel mount unit with the DISOCONT control or configured independently inside a NEMA 4 type enclosure. Other features of the OP1 include four Mbytes of flash memory, four global-function keys, and a lighted LCD display.

PureFeed AP auger feeder
 The PureFeed AP auger feeder features a flexible hopper and programmable external dual-arm agitation system to maximize material handling versatility. The feed hopper is made of FDA-accepted EPDM, and is disposable and recyclable — which makes for simpler and shorter cleaning cycles and virtually eliminates the chance of cross-contamination when changing from one material to another. Type 316L stainless steel is used for most other parts and for 4-L and 36-L extension hoppers and covers. Contact surfaces have standard 16-min. RA finishes, with lower RAs available. The number of feeder pieces has been kept to a minimum and connections are made using sanitary quick-release clamps. The PureFeed is available in volumetric and gravimetric configurations for feed rates from 500 g/h to about 150 kg/h.
