250 Series center-drive conveyors
The 250 Series center-drive line of conveyors combine a unique center drive and very low profile (1.89 in.), allowing them to be used in tight quarters where conventional conveyors will not fit. With a load carrying capacity of 630 lb and speeds up to 360 ft/min, the 250 Series conveyors are ideal for many material handling applications. Belt widths ranging from 2 in. to 24 in. are available in lengths from 4 ft to 28 ft. A snap-in sealed tail assembly allows belts to be changed in less than 5 min using standard hand tools. Multi-point belt tensioning ensures long service life of belts and bearings, while moving the heaviest loads in low-profile conveyors. Conveyor frames are laser cut from 10-gauge steel, which is then powder coated. Bearings can be lubricated while running, decreasing maintenance downtime. Application-specific belting is available in over 50 styles. Corrosion-resistant and magnetic conveyors are also available. 

Flextrac plastic chain belt conveyors
With load capacities up to 500-lb and speeds up to 375 ft/m, Flextrac plastic chain belt conveyors can be adapted to almost any application, including material handling and manufacturing. Standard-sized conveyors go up to 30 ft. in length, but customized models can be designed to 100 ft. All features are contained within a low 2.41-in. profile throughout, except at the drive end with 3.03-in. Widths of 4–24 in. are available, as are many side profile options for product containment. The conveyors function virtually maintenance free, using Lube-for-Life Bearings with a permanent micro-poly lubricant eliminating the need to periodically lubricate bearings. Many belts are available, including flush grid or flat top styles. Belt styles vary from low-cost polypropylene and polyethylene with an anti-microbial additive, to a super-high-temperature composite. Specialty belts are also available, including roller-top belts for accumulation, high-friction belts, and nub-top belts for easy product release
