Vertical Spout Magnets
These vertical spout magnets separate fine to large ferrous contaminants from high-volume, gravity-fed product streams. Tramp metal is removed from moist, lumpy, granular, and powdered products by two powerful opposing magnets mounted on the outside of the housing. A center diverter on the housing inlet helps direct product toward the magnets. The system’s single trap-face design ensures that tramp metal is not washed back into the product stream before it is discarded into collection trays.

Drawer Magnet
This drawer magnet removes medium and fine ferrous contaminants from dry, free-flowing products during gravity flow, protecting processing machinery and improving product purity. The design includes multiple staggered rows to provide maximum contact area for product flow. As product flows through the stainless steel housing, it cascades over the staggered rows of magnetic tubes. Ferrous contaminants are pulled to the surface of the magnets and then move to the underside of the tube to prevent washoff.
