Pilot Maintain Module
The Pilot Maintain module is now part of the Felton Pilot MES platform. Pilot Maintain supports operator efforts to plan preventive maintenance programs for all devices, systems, and machines, and to carry out such a plan in a targeted way. Maintenance intervals can be set by time, production volume, or machine runtime. The ability to improve system reliability through more strategic planning and execution of upcoming and recurring maintenance and repair work can help to reduce lost production and economic losses related to unplanned downtime. The system documents data for later analysis, and allows operators to set critical threshold values of key parameters, to trigger early maintenance action.
