Vibra-Gate valve
The Vibra-Gate valve uses vibration to dislodge materials, and can be used to control feed rates during filling operations. It moves stored granular material without the need for flushing, and is suitable for discharging sticky, cohesive, and high-moisture materials from bins and hoppers.

Heavy-duty Series 585 and 586 butterfly valves
Heavy-duty Series 585 and 586 inflatable seated butterfly valves handle abrasive materials such as sand, feldspar, flyash, and most other dry, granular materials that typically reduce valve life. The Series’ standard valve sizes range from 2 in. (50 mm) to 24 in. (600 mm), and fit both ANSI and metric flanges. The inflatable seat design provides a better seal by using air pressure to expand the seat against the disc, providing more sealing area and an even pressure distribution against the disc. The seat also automatically compensates for wear when it inflates against the disc. The valves are available in a wide variety of construction materials, including stainless steel and aluminum.
