810 Series angle body piston valve
Enhancements to the 810 Series angle body piston valve enable stroke limitation while maintaining the standard optical valve-position indicator that allows the user to see whether the valve is open or closed. Constructed with a Type 316L stainless steel or bronze body, the valve is designed to handle millions of cycles in applications with high temperatures (to 430°F or 221°C) and aggressive media. It is available with metal actuators of various sizes that meet operating pressure ratings of up to 580 psi (40 bar). The product line includes valves with up to 3-in. port connections.

Inline Vortex-Shedding Flowmeters
These inline vortex-shedding flowmeters have no moving parts to clog or wear out, ensuring life-long reliability and minimizing maintenance requirements. They are suitable for monitoring water, water/glycol coolant, and other low-viscosity fluids, and their no-moving-parts design enables them to monitor media containing small particulates without compromising accuracy. They can handle flows of 4–200 gal/min, with occasional over-ranging up to 125% of capacity without damaging the meter, and have 4–20-mA flowrate transmitters. The meters are designed to withstand working pressures of 10–300 psig and to operate efficiently at fluid and ambient temperatures from 35°F to 150°F. They are CSA- and CE-certified, and are built with a stainless steel or bronze body, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) sensors, and fluoroelastomer seals.

High-Flow Solenoid Valve
This high-flow direct-mount solenoid valve has a NAMUR mounting pattern and handles flowrates from 1.2 to 3.0 Cv. Its spring return allows fail-safe operation in the event of a power loss, and its screened exhaust nut protects valve function during outdoor use. It operates over a pressure range of 30–150 psi. At the higher pressures, the O-ring seal design increases sealing force, while at the lower pressures, this design provides less breakaway resistance. The valve is constructed of an anodized aluminum body with a stainless steel spool and internal parts are made of brass. It operates at fluid temperatures of 32°F–122°F and can be mounted in any position.

Series 204 and 304 solenoid valves
Series 204 and 304 solenoid valves are now available with a NEMA 4X integrated coil that has a rotating conduit hub to permit easy installation. The valves include interchangeable AC and DC coils and a tab coil that facilitates flexible production. Both series of valves are available as normally closed or normally open. Orifice sizes range from 1/32 in. to 5/32 in. and the valves have 1/8-in. NPT connections.

Motorized Control Valves
This catalog highlights the 830 and 835 Series two-way motorized control valves. These on/off and modulating valves feature integrated linear actuators, are self-calibrating, and are available in bronze or stainless steel. The literature includes valve selection tables, a coil options chart, and detailed product drawings.
