InBound
Safe operating limit information is maintained by various groups within industrial facilities and is often not readily available to plant operators. To increase plant safety and minimize response time to process upsets, InBound makes safe operating limit information easily accessible. The software aggregates, validates, and displays constraints such as a vessel’s maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP), relief valve settings, and safety restrictions. Constraints may be entered manually, calculated, or imported into the software from engineering applications and databases.

Integrity iMOC
Integrity iMOC ensures that all changes made to a plant’s automation systems are detected and reconciled through specific management-of-change (MOC) cases. A graphical environment defines MOC workflows, including a description of each state within the workflows as well as the checklists and required transitions for the states. iMOC uses the capabilities of the firm’s Integrity software, which maps the configuration of more than 50 different automation systems and tracks all changes to them. The iMOC software reduces the time required for engineers to acquire design information, since it automatically identifies all links and inter-dependencies for any automation entity under change management. During installation, it can be integrated with a plant’s existing MOC system and configured to act as a subordinate to that system. An S95-compliant plant asset hierarchy can also be implemented to link MOC cases to specific parts of the plant, as is often done in general MOC systems.

Integrity 2.0
Integrity 2.0 is the latest release of a highly successful automation-configuration-management solution software that is already installed at over 500 sites worldwide. This new version provides a single web view to all real-time data flow and automation assets across the plant, making it especially well-suited to meeting the needs of operations, maintenance and safety personnel at process manufacturing facilities. The software logs all changes to real-time infrastructure so that authorized users can view the actual system and application interdependencies normally only available to the control system administrators. Integrity encompasses every major control system as well as instrument databases, distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, historians and multivariable controllers.

ControlWizard
The ControlWizard Control-Loop Performance Monitoring (CLPM) technology is now equipped with full multivariable predictive control (MPC) capability. These new capabilities are compatible with all types of multivariable control applications, including DMCPlus and other similar MPC technologies to deliver clear and concise benchmarks of MPC performance. Multivariable control has long provided significant benefits to the process industries, but most MPC applications require dedicated maintenance by skilled professionals. ControlWizard changes that by providing comprehensive and automated monitoring of installed applications, allowing process plants to achieve higher application performance and uptime. ControlWizard-MV constantly monitors and analyzes MPC performance, highlighting areas requiring attention to MPC engineers. The key to its success and ease-of-use is the ability to condense the performance analysis of complicated MPC applications down to just two key performance indicators. Based on these indicators, engineers can drill down to obtain additional information, statistics, data trends, and reports to help diagnose and rectify any MPC performance problem.
