Rotary Paddle
This insertable two-vane collapsible paddle can be used with Safepoint failsafe and Model KA/KAX rotary-paddle level switches. It has a turning diameter of 8.66 in., and can be used with level switches that are mounted vertically or horizontally. The paddle may be inserted from the outside of a bin or silo through a 1-1/4-in. NPT or 1-1/2-in. BSPT coupling. A spring-action feature allows the paddle to be removed, if necessary.

VibraRod high-level indicator
The VibraRod high-level indicator can handle bulk solids with densities as low as 3.12 lbs/ft3 (0.05 kg/dm3) and particle sizes up to 0.375 in. (9.5 mm). This sensor has a universal power supply (20–255-V AC/DC), allowing customers with various power supply requirements to specify a single part number for all of their different voltage requirements. The indicator’s single-element probe requires no calibration, and is available in a variety of configurations. This design helps eliminate false signals that typically exist when material builds up between the tines of tuning-fork-style probes. In addition, the vibrating action of the VibraRod tends to self-clean the probe of most materials. The standard length of the inserted portion of the probe is approximately 8 in. (203 mm). Pipe and cable extension units are available for longer lengths in top-mounted applications.

Flexar guided-wave radar level measurement system
The Flexar guided-wave radar level measurement system uses proven time-domain reflectometry (TDR) technology. It is used in a wide assortment of vessels and industries for measuring levels up to 200 ft (60m) in height. The Flexar sensor requires no field calibration or re-calibration and can be easily set up without the use of any special tools or training. Flexar units are suited for almost any application, can operate with process temperatures up to 392°F (200°C), can be provided with a variety of process connections and can work reliably with materials having a wide range of bulk densities and dielectric constants.
