MT2000 Wave Guide Model C9P81
The MT2000 Wave Guide Model C9P81 makes measurements using guided-wave radar — a waveguide directs the microwave pulses, eliminating the beam divergence problems common to conventional non-contact radar transmitters. Because operation does not depend on fluid density, readings do not fluctuate with shifts in the specific gravity of the fluid and are not subject to variations in dielectric constants. The C9P81 features an alumina ceramic insulator that allows accurate and reliable measurements up to 2,000 psi (138 bar) at 635°F (335°C).

MT5200 level transmitter
The MT5200 level transmitter is designed for use in challenging bulk-solids applications. A concentric waveguide directs the radar beam, alleviating divergence problems and echoes in tanks with narrow openings. Unaffected by dust or feed flow, the MT5200 accurately measures materials with dielectric constants as low as 1.3 and bulk densities up to 50 lb/ft3. It can operate at temperatures and pressures up to 400°F and 1,500 psi. An integrated graphic display provides easy viewing of waveform screens, and the user-friendly setup menu supports a wide range of languages for quick setup in virtually any region of the world. In addition, the two-wire, loop-powered design reduces wiring costs and provides a strong signal over long distances.

KSonic Micro
The KSonic Micro is a compact, low-cost, ultrasonic level transmitter/ switch that is designed for liquid and bulk solids level applications. Ultrasonic measurements are based on the time of flight (TOF) of an acoustic wave that is emitted from a transducer and directed toward the product being measured. This wave is reflected back toward the transducer and then converted to an electric signal. Its variable GAP (gain, amplitude and power) technology provides a very narrow beam angle of less than 4 deg., which allows the transmitter to take accurate measurements in narrow vessels, and function in the presence of dust, vapor or foam. It measures liquid levels to 32.8 ft (10 m) and bulk solids to 16 ft (5 m). Its 4–20-mA output is standard for remote indication or remote control, and it has a single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) relay that can be used to activate alarms and pumps. The unit is housed in an IP65 polycarbonate enclosure and the transducer has polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) wetted parts for corrosive environments.
