KDS EZflow 2010 is a durable, basic syringe pump that enhances the speed and efficiency of operation. It can be used for infusions ranging from 0.1 to 300 mL/h, with an accuracy of 2.5%. Its easy-to-read light-emitting diode (LED) display — which is visible from many angles — shows the flowrate in mL/h or can be toggled to show the total volume delivered in mL. A variety of syringes from 20 mL to 100 mL can be used with the unit. A rapid delivery key eliminates dead volume and excess air in the tubing prior to delivery of the fluids. The pump has visual and audible alarms for four conditions: occlusion detection, low battery, near-end of dispense, and complete. The EZFlow 2010 is designed to work with 115 volts alternating current (VAC). Both units have a rechargeable battery and can operate on 12 VDC.
KDS 310 Nano Pump syringe pump
For pumping radioactive chemicals where a beta or gamma shield must be present, the KDS 310 Nano Pump syringe pump features a remote pumping unit and control box that can be located up to 6 ft away, thereby protecting the operator. The pump is used exclusively with micro-syringes in sizes from 0.5 to 250 µL. Small size, remote control and a rugged mounting arm make it suitable for use with micromanipulators, stereotaxic frames and other clamping devices. When used on a stereotaxic frame, direct injection can be performed, thus reducing the volume of sample required. The pump’s microprocessor-based controller uses a bright display and membrane keypad with a simple, menu-prompt system for easy setup, as well as preset rate and volume control. The volume to be dispensed is displayed continuously, and the pump shuts off automatically when the preset volume has been reached.
