Enviro checkweigher bench scale
The Enviro checkweigher bench scale withstands high-pressure, high-temperature washdown environments in the food and chemical industries. It is made from Type 304 stainless steel and features an IP69K-rated instrument, making it easy to sanitize. This feature helps prevent materials and moisture from forming colonization points for harmful bacteria, such as Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria monocytogenes. Each scale has an ultra-thick overlay that resists punctures and abrasive cleaning agents. It features multi-point calibration and auto-accumulate and auto-print capabilities, as well as three remote inputs and RS232 and RS485 outputs. Scale capacities range from 2 to 100 lb, and platform sizes include 10 in. × 10 in., 12 in. × 12 in. and 18 in. × 18 in.

Tension Controller
This tension controller provides precision control over both unwinding and rewinding in web and strand processing applications. Its unique control system eliminates common application problems, such as feathering, breaking, wrinkling or blocking. While the standard tension controller is provided with a dual 4–20-mA output and Ethernet TCP/IP interface, optional network interfaces are also available, including Allen Bradley Remote I/O, DeviceNet, Profibus, ControlNet, and Modbus TCP. Other features incorporated in the device include: WAVERSAVER‚ which ignores machine vibration to provide an accurate signal; C2 electronic calibration, which calibrates without the use of test weights; and Secure Memory Module (SMM), which automatically backs up configuration data.
