SDX spray drying nozzle
The compact SDX spray drying nozzle features a new positively retained swirl chamber and orifice disc and a unique flow distribution design in-built to the swirl chamber. The nozzle is extremely short — less than 38 mm (1.50 in.) Unlike the firm’s Mini SDX, it is user-friendly and requires  no tools are required for assembly. The new swirl chamber features a unique flow distribution design and the matching orifice assembly uses a retained O-ring feature.

SDX V spray-drying nozzles
SDX V spray-drying nozzles include check-valve variation, allowing drip-free shut-off and preventing product loss and and the need for extensive clean-up. They are suitable for the production of pharmaceuticals, personal-care products and chemicals, and are precision-manufactured from stainless steel for durability and wear resistance. The nozzles are designed for quick and easy installation and rapid changeover of wear components to ensure process continuity. They are available as original equipment for dryers and can also be installed as an in-service upgrade.

Swirl Air nozzles
Swirl Air nozzles provide flowrates from 1 to 2,400 gal/h and spray angles from 50 to 100 deg., with precise control of droplet size. They remove harmful gases or particulates and are suitable for the chemical, petrochemical and process industries. For gas cooling applications, nozzles deliver liquid in volumes that are in proportion to fluegas flow, with even distribution and small droplet size. This achieves complete evaporation of droplets for maximum cooling, but without residual excess fluid use or wetting. These nozzles are manufactured from Type 316L and 440 stainless steel, and require just two inputs: the spray liquid and the propellant gas.
