Made of an ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber (EPDM), the APEWF hose handles a wide variety of fluids in applications that require elevated pressure and vacuum. Closures and Stoppers
These closures and stoppers ensure aseptic fluid transfer, sealing, filling and sampling for containers used in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical processing. A new silicone tubing, designated APSPG, is designed for the unique demands of peristaltic pumps. APSPG is made to withstand repeated compression and release for consistent, dependable performance. It is well-suited for pharmaceutical, biomedical, biotech, chemical, laboratory and R&D applications, and is specially formulated for long life in pumps. It offers smooth surfaces for uniform fluid flow, resistance to bacteria build-up and consistent pump performance. APSPG is made from a low-volatility grade, platinum-cured silicone that meets USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 standards. APSH flexible braid-reinforced, platinum-cured silicone hose
The APSH flexible braid-reinforced, platinum-cured silicone hose is now available with anti-wick seals to prevent liquid absorption within the hose walls. The anti-wick seal is created by molding silicone material to the cut end of a length of hose, which seals in the polyester yarn braid and prevents liquid absorption. It is especially helpful in applications where the hose is used as dip tubing, as it prevents fluids from becoming trapped within the hose walls. The APSH hose has undergone extensive physical, chemical and biological testing. It meets USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9, and 3-A standards, and is certified to be free of animal-derived ingredients. Its core material is NSF 51 listed. These double-ferrule instrumentation-grade tube fittings reduce the chance of hazardous and expensive leaks in instrumentation, process, pneumatic, hydraulic, gas and other tubing systems. Each fitting consists of a nut, a back ferrule, a front ferrule, and a body, and when installed with the tubing, becomes a five-piece connection with a solid leak-free joint. DoubleSafe fittings
DoubleSafe fittings provide a leakproof seal and prevent cracking under high torque when installed as the transition between metal piping and the manufacturer’s plastic piping. The fittings are pressure-rated to 150 psi and are available in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC). This metal-to-plastic joining is useful for connecting a plastic piping system to heat exchangers, flowmeters, and other metal-ended, male-threaded instruments. These joints may also be used to expand old metal systems with plastic and to install plastic systems where metal is required for only part of the configuration. Since plastic pipes often split when metal threads are over-tightened into plastic fittings, each DoubleSafe incorporates a female-threaded metal insert molded at high pressure inside a spigot-end plastic body, which allows the installer to connect the metal system to the metal side and the plastic system to the plastic side.

Electro Plus Fusion Machine
The Electro Plus Fusion Machine joins thermoplastic pipes and fittings in corrosion-resistant piping systems used in chemical processing facilities, pharmaceutical waste systems, semiconductor manufacturing, power plants, pulp and paper mills, and corrosive-waste disposal systems. Operated via a hand-held, user-friendly interface, the machine employs electrical resistance heating to join thermoplastic parts together.  Pipes in 40-ft sections are especially useful for transfer lines and other long, straight runs. They come in swaged polytetrafluoroethylene- (PTFE), polypropylene- (PP) and polyvinylidene fluoride- (PVDF) lined pipe in 1.5- to 6-in. sizes, and in perfluoroalkoxy- (PFA)lined pipe in 1.5- to 2-in. sizes. Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Tubing
This polyetheretherketone (PEEK) tubing is available in many varieties, including natural PEEK, solid color-coded, dual-layer color-coded, striped, and dash-stripe coded. For all the tubing models, standard sizes include outer diameters of 0.0141732 in. (360 µm), 0.03125 in., 0.0625 in., and 0.125 in., with inner diameters as small as 0.002 in. The interior surfaces of the standard sizes are color-coded according to the following scheme: 0.005-in.-i.d. is red; 0.007-in.-i.d., yellow; 0.010-in.-i.d., blue; 0.020-in.-i.d., orange; and 0.030-in.-i.d., green. These have a tolerance of ±0.0005 in. for inner diameters up to 0.010 in. and ±0.001 in. for those larger than 0.010 in. All colorants used are Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)-compliant. On the dual-layer color-coded model, only the outer layer is pigmented, eliminating potential pigment contamination of the sample stream. This model’s pressure performance is equivalent to that of single-layer tubing.
