CADWorx Design Create
An add-on for CADWorx Design Review (which provides 3-D illustrations of plant design models for collaboration among designers, project managers, facility owners, and others involved in the modification and approval of designs prior to fabrication or construction), CADWorx Design Create publishes date-limited and password-protected review models that can be read by CADWorx Design Review and CADWorx Design Viewer. The free CADWorx Design Viewer allows others to see the models, including animations and intelligent information such as markups and annotations.

2009 edition of PVElite
The 2009 edition of PVElite pressure vessel and heat exchanger design and analysis software has been updated to contain: American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Section VIII Div. 2 2007 A-08 and its databases; the ASME Code 2008 updates; and British and European Norm (EN) code material updates. Its productivity features include the modeling of round, circular and square vessel clips for different loads and the ability to use American National Standards Institute (ANSI) flanges for heat exchanger analysis. Other features include a flange design option, new minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) calculation configurations, support lug analysis for hydrotest cases, and updated, faster 3D graphics.

CADWorx fieldPipe for CloudWorx
The CADWorx fieldPipe for CloudWorx tool facilitates building intelligent, specification-driven models by bringing point-cloud scan readings from Leica Cloudworx into the CADWorx fieldPipe model. The program calculates the center and diameter of the pipe run by selecting one point on the surface of a pipe cylinder. With all parameters set, the user can accurately place piping components using the point cloud data in the model. Intelligent deliverables, such as clash-free models, isometrics, and bills of materials, can be extracted directly from the model without requiring separate, additional models.

CADWorx Design Review 2008
CADWorx Design Review 2008 enables users to see an accurate 3D model of the eventual design will look when completed, and to examine large files quickly by producing review files that are as small as one-eighth the size of the original model. The software provides highly intuitive and interactive tools, such as markups, comments and red-lining, to produce review deliverables. It allows designers to create informative animated models that detail color, transparency, shadows, layers and many other project-specific elements. The animation follows a customized (user-defined) path and can be adjusted to display the model in any combination of the six degrees of freedom, plus yaw, pitch and roll.

Caesar II version 5.10
By streamlining existing program features and using Tech Soft 3D’s HOOPS graphic engine, the latest edition of Caesar II boasts a 40% gain in graphics performance. Version 5.10 of this pipe stress analysis package can better handle larger and more complex models. Caesar II incorporates a wide range of capabilities, including: numerous piping codes; expansion joint, valve and flange, and structural databases; structural buried pipe modeling; equipment and vessel nozzle evaluation; and spectrum and time history analysis. Later upgrades to this software are expected to further increase speed and performance.

CAESAR II Version 5.00 Pipe-Stress Analysis Software
CAESAR II Version 5.00 pipe-stress analysis software features a revised piping input processor that integrates graphics, spreadsheets and lists in a combined view, making the analysis process friendlier and faster. Sections of the model can be graphically edited, speeding the modeling time, while the integration of the input processor with the error checker function makes error identification and correction operate in an intuitive, iterative way. To simplify model creation and review, relevant sections of the spreadsheet can be “torn off” and arranged on the graphics pane, allowing the user to effectively customize the input spreadsheet layout. An enhanced static output processor in the new edition lets the user easily build custom, reusable report templates, using all CAESAR II output data in any combination or order. New in dynamic analysis is a consistent mass distribution technique that allows improved accuracy without the need to re-mesh the model.
