ARTEL MVS multichannel verification system
The ARTEL MVS multichannel verification system is a performance assessment and optimization tool designed for automated liquid handlers. It provides information on both the accuracy and precision of volumes transferred by each channel of an automated liquid handler in a single rapid procedure. This latest model has been enhanced to provide improved measurement-data comparability, faster volume verification, and reduced laboratory process variability.

Multichannel Verification System
The multichannel verification system (MVS) was developed to streamline the verification of automated liquid-handler performance. Rapid and easy-to-use, the instrument provides National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST)-traceable accuracy and precision data that document the volume-dispensing performance of each channel of an automated liquid handler. New system enhancements facilitate in-process quality-control assessment and minimize manual intervention during volume verification protocols, adding convenience and saving time. Dispensed volumes are measured in multiple microtiter plates without repeated manual input, allowing lab technicians to spend less time performing equipment quality-control checks. The system permits users to store each step of the liquid-handler quality-control protocols in the MVS software for future access.
