Triac F91 stainless-steel flanged ball valves
Ideal for oil field, refinery, chemical processing and other corrosive and caustic environments, the Triac F91 stainless-steel flanged ball valves feature rugged construction, solid unibody and patented pyramidal stem packing, while regular-port design minimizes cost and reduces operating torque. To save installation time and work, the valves have a patented direct-mount actuator pad and can be ordered pre-assembled with the manufacturer’s robust, weatherproof WE electric actuator for quarter-turn applications, or with pneumatic actuators in spring-return or double-acting configurations. The ANSI Class 150 valves are available in sizes from 0.5 in. to 6.0 in. They comply with the NACE MRO175 standard for corrosion resistance, and are certified to API 607 4th edition. The investment-cast, one-piece body can be Type 316 stainless steel or WCB carbon steel with a stainless-steel ball and blowout-proof stem as standard. A fully machined bore ensures smooth flow and clog resistance. A live-loaded pyramidal stem-packing system features a patented 45-deg. primary seal with Belleville washers and chevron packing, protecting against wear and stem leaks common with ordinary ball valves.

AT shut-off valves and valve assemblies
Approved to Factory Mutual (FM) Class 7400, 7420 and 7422, the AT shut-off valves and valve assemblies feature a spring-return automated ball valve, explosion-proof limit switch and solenoid pilot valve, advanced quarter-turn rack-and-pinion actuator design, superior valve seating, and a patented stem-seal system. The valves are available in three-piece models or flanged models, with Type 316 stainless steel or WCB carbon steel trim, in sizes from 1/4 in. to 6 in. The three-piece valves come with threaded, socket-weld or butt-weld end connections, while the flanged valves are available with 150# or 300# flange ratings. All have a live-loaded packing system featuring a 45-deg. pyramidal stem and stem seal with Belleville washers and chevron packing. This design provides excellent emissions control and received TA-LUFT low-emissions certification from the German TUV agency.

Shut-Off Assemblies
Featuring an explosionproof design and fast action with quarter-turn actuation, these shut-off assemblies are Factory Mutual-approved, having been rated to classes 7400, 7420 and 7422. These built-to-order, flexible units are equipped with a spring-return automated ball valve and an explosionproof limit switch. They also feature a solenoid pilot valve, an advanced quarter-turn rack-and-pinion actuator design, superior valve seating and a patented world-class stem seal system. Available in three-piece or flanged models with Type 316 stainless steel or WCB trim, these shut-off valves come in sizes from 0.25-in. to 6-in. For fugitive emission control, the valves feature the manufacturer’s exclusive live-loaded packing system based on a 45-deg. pyramidal stem and stem seal with Belleville washers and chevron packing.

TRIAC family of Valves
Fourteen different ball valves in the TRIAC family feature a live-loaded packing system that meets the TA-LUFT emissions standard of less than 1 ppm, enabling these valves to reduce fugitive emissions and lost product by 99% or more compared to legacy control valves. They employ a unique live-loaded pyramidal stem-packing system having a patented 45-deg. pyramidal stem, a stem seal with Belleville washers, and Grafoil stem packing. Designed with a patented automation pad that allows direct mounting of ISO-5211-compliant actuators, the valves eliminate the cost and fabrication of special couplings or brackets.
