These Detectors Operate in Harsh Environments

Designed for accurate fluid metering, the V300 stroke rate controller is useful in R&D, pilot plant and production applications. It features front-panel membrane switches for convenient manual setting of pump stroke rates adjustable in 0.1% increments. The Stargate-O-Port valve, a type of slide-gate valve or through-port valve, is characterized by having a well-guided blade that passes through both ends of the valve body. Stainless Steel Safety Gage Reduces Blowback
The 4.5-in. plant safety gage features a solid-front/full-blowout back, which reduces blowback and the risk of the gage becoming a dangerous projectile after an explosion. The gage is constructed of Type 316 stainless steel. Accuracy specification is 1/2 of 1% full-scale pressure and the over-range can reach 130% of full-scale pressure without loss of accuracy. The pointer stop on the dial is located in the 6 o’clock position to further reduce the possibility of false indication. All wetted parts, including the tube and socket, are annealed for stress relief to minimize Bourdon tube failure. A spiral Bourdon tube for pressure ranges above 600 psi reduces work hardening usually caused by pressure pulsation.

Sensors Meet Sanitary Specifications
