Pump Moves Low-Viscosity Fluids at High Pressures

With 14-bar/200-psi thin-liquid capability and capacities to 45 m3/h (200 gal/min), the LVP series stainless steel vane pump is designed for low-viscosity, corrosive liquids at higher pressures than other positive-displacement pumps. Its stainless-steel casing (which is surface-hardened to 62 Rockwell C), chrome-oxide-coated shaft, and silicon carbide bushings contribute to longer service life. Polyaryletherketone (PEEK) vanes offer high strength, low friction for less wear, and broad chemical compatability. The LVP series is available in a metric-standard design, with DIN flanges, IEC motor mount, and metric-standard shaft-seal options, as well as with ANSI flange ports, NEMA motor mount, and inch-standard seals.

This Pump’s Self-Adjusting Vanes Eliminate Slip

The ProVane pump has self-adjusting vanes to eliminate efficiency-robbing slip, thereby allowing it to maintain near-original output and consistency, even after significant wear. Available in both ductile iron and stainless steel, its heavy-duty rotor and low shaft-stiffness ratio, combined with its hydrodynamic bearing design, result in extended bearing life, improved efficiency and energy consumption, better volumetric performance, and longer life. Five sizes, ranging from 3/4-in. to 2-in., are available, with operating speeds of 1,200, 1,800 and 3,600 rpm and capacities from 1 to 100 gal/min.

Diaphragm Metering Pump Releases Air Automatically

The 500AR hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is designed with an automatic air-release (AR) valve for use with chemicals that off-gas at room temperature, such as sodium hypochlorite. A polyvinyl chloride (PVC) head design minimizes internal space and eliminates areas where gas can accumulate. All ports slope upward to vent gas through the top of the pump and away from the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE; Teflon) diaphragm. The PVC AR head can be specified on any of 500E series pump with capacties up to 9 gal/h (higher-capacity pumps purge gas naturally). All Series 500 models have a micrometer dial that allows manual adjustment over a 10:1 turndown range. Automatic control options include pneumatic or electric stroke-length adjustment and variable-speed drives.

Full-Size Performance is Packed into a Miniature Design

Despite its small size and light weight (3 lb), the E8 3/8-in. Mini-Matic can pump up to 6.8 gal/min (26 L/min) at pressures up to 100 psi (6.8 bar). It can be mounted upright, sideways or inverted for use in a wide variety of applications. It features the Elima-Matic air valve system to eliminate leakage and deliver non-stalling, non-icing lube-free operation. Wetted components can be made of polypropylene or Kynar, and interiors of Santoprene, Geolast or Teflon.

High-Pressure Pump Handles Tough Chemicals

Made of polypropylene and nylon, and elastomers such as Santoprene, Viton and EPDM, the Triplex positive-displacement pump can handle tough chemicals without corroding. It is manufactured using co-injection mold diaphragm technology, which virtually eliminates potential leak paths. A unique bypass design allows the pump to adapt to a range of flowrates at a constant pressure — up to 2 gal/min and 150 psi. It is available in 12- and 24-VDC, as well as 115- and 230-VAC, models.

Vacuum Pump’s Diaphragm is Stress-Optimized

A patented structured diaphragm, which was stress-optimized using finite element analysis, afflords the N-838.18 laboratory vacuum pump high pneumatic performance — despite its small size —as well as long service life. Depending on the model, it can achieve an ultimate vacuum as low as 12 mbar absolute and can pump up to 37 L/min. Components that come in contact with the pumped fluid can be made of several different materials, and a version with a PTFE-coated diaphragm is available for transferring aggressive gases.
