Pumps Provide Precision Handling of Liquids and Gases
The Cheminert Model M6 and M50 positive-displacement pumps produce a bi-directional pulseless flow with a range of over six orders of magnitude: 10 nL/min to 10 mL/min for the M6, and 50 μL/min to 50 mL/min for the M50. They are suitable as replacements for syringe pumps, and eliminate the need for refill cycles and syringe changes. RS-232 and RS-485 communication protocols are incorporated into the mircoprocessor-driven controller. The software package controls flowrates, flow direction and metered volumes. While the standard package includes software and instructions to run the M6 as a stand-alone unit, the software can also integrate a multiposition streamselection valve.

Condensate Pump Boasts Long Life
The Pivotrol pressure-powered condensate pump is designed for condensate recovery in rapidcycling process environments. Its PowerPivot technology replaces pins and linkages with pivots, which reduces friction and wear and lengthens service life. A dampener uses the hydraulic inertia of the collected condensate to reduce mechanical shock as the valve actuators shift. The pump is backed by a three-million-cycles or three-year warranty, with a lifetime spring warranty; a five-million-cycles extended warranty is available as an option. An integral electronic cyclecounter monitors the pump’s performance and confirms warranty coverage.

Diaphragm Pumps are Designed for Caustic Solutions
Series M900 diaphragm pumps are equipped with automatic volumetric venting valves, which safely discharge any vapor or gas bubbles that form in the hydraulic reservoir as a result of caustic solution reactions. They feature sealless PTFE sandwich diaphragms that can handle abrasive slurries and do not need a front support plate. The pumps are available in a variety of wetted materials to meet specific metering applications and caustic compatibility requirements. They can meter/pump caustic solutions (caustic soda and sodium hypochlorite) from 0 to 35 gal/min per head, with pressure variable to 5,800 psi, and offer ±1/2% steady-state accuracy, repeatability and linearity.

Vacuum Pump Handles Difficult Applications
The COBRA N singlestage direct-driven rotary-screw dry vacuum pumps incorporate a monoblock, continuously variablepitch screw design, which allows them to operate more efficiently and provides a higher cfm-to-horsepower ratio than traditional dry screw vacuum pumps. They provide vacuum down to 0.0074 torr and pumping speeds up to 225 actual ft3/min. Direct-cooled and closed-loop air-cooling models are available.

Progressing Cavity Pump Has a Non-Motorized Model
The 300 Series non-motorized pump is available with either a gear motor or a belt-drive configuration. It features capacities to 15 gal/min, pressures to 150 psi, interchangeable rotors and stators, fluid temperature compatability to 210°F, packing gland or mechanical seal options, and easy disassembly. A fully molded “wobble” stator increases compression fit during operation between rotor and stator, resulting in improved performance.
