Conferences

CCPS is widely known for its annual international conferences, not only for the strong technical program but also for the diverse audience it gets.  CCPS currently runs two annual conferences, The CCPS International Conference and the CCPS Latin American Conference and Expo.

The CCPS International Conference is part of the Global Congress on Process Safety (GCPS) in which it runs concurrently with the Loss Prevention Symposium (LPS) and the Process Plant Safety Symposium (PPSS).  The Global Congress on Process Safety focuses on the implementation of Risk Based Process Safety through design and operations as demonstrated through case studies.  The attendance at the GCPS exceeds 500 and the program includes nearly 100 top quality presentations from world class experts.

The CCPS Latin American Conference and Expo is held annually in various countries in Latin America.  This conference includes sessions on both technical and managerial topics in process safety and highlights process safety challenges and advances that are both internationally relevant and specific to the Latin American region.
