Professional Development Committee
This committee (a) develops methods and programs, which will assist the individual chemical engineer to develop professionally at each stage of his or her career in industry, in government service, in private practice, or in educational institutions; (b) develops programs that are concerned with the personal needs of the membership; (c) assist in development of general ethical principles which shall be the basis for the practice of the profession of chemical engineering; and (d) cooperates with other committees of AIChE and maintain liaison with other professional engineering organizations toward achievement of the foregoing objective.
