Description: Supports travel for female graduate students, and post-doctoral associates to attend the 2011 AIChE Annual Conference, to be held in Minneapolis, MN, Octobe 16-21.
Deadline: August 1, 2011
Award: WIC provides individual grants up to $500 to be utilized towards travel (hotel, airfare, meals and incidentals) and registration fees only.
Package Requirements:
1. Brief cover letter
2. Applicant's CV
3. AIChE membership - please provide your membership ID #
4. A copy of an abstract submitted to the 2011 Annual Meeting
5. A letter of reference from the research supervisor
Presentation:
Awardees will be notified by the end of August and recognized at the WIC Luncheon at the Annual Meeting.
