Description:

Recognizes a local section for increased participation and outstanding efforts to encourage participation in AIChE's Catalyst grassroots advocacy program. Selection criteria include: 1. Quality and extent of efforts relating to the recruitment of Catalyst grassroots members in the local section. 2. Numerical increase in Catalyst members within the section since the previous Officers' Conference, considering section size. 3. Sections may be award winners more than once, but will not be eligible in consecutive years.
